What I offer?

I do rheumatologic consultation visits through:
1-VIRTUAL visits (telehealth visit, using video-based platform). Charge is $75.00 per virtual visit
2-depending on necessity of patient’s health condition, I am willing to do ON-SITE HOME visit (I the doctor will drive to your home). This will be on a case-by-case basis and the charge will be on a case-by-case basis

How it works

Dr. Habal makes it easy to connect with him. Here’s how the virtual consultation works:

Step 1: Initial registration

Click the “Make an Appointment” button at the top of the page or the one right under the steps. Fill out your contact information and submit the form.

Step 2: Dr Habal will Review

Please allow time for Dr. Habal to review your request. You will be notified -by email or text- when the request is approved.

Step 3: Setup an RXNT account

While waiting for Dr. Habal to review your request, you can create an RXNT account, and download myRXNT mobile app. RXNT is the medical software platform we will use for your care. After your initial registration, you’ll receive an email or text (with a verification code to confirm) from RXNT to create an account. You can download myRXNT mobile app by searching in your app google or Apple store.

Please note that you will NOT be able to login into RXNT until your registration is approved by Dr. Habal

Step 4: Approval by Dr Habal:

Once approved by Dr. Habal, you can login into myRXNT App and:

  • Schedule a video visit at a time that works for you

  • Fill out any patient information, including your medical health history, medications, and social info

  • Upload any documents or any photos, such as a picture of a rash or of a swollen joint, an outside lab or doctor report, your personal ID

  • Send secure messages to Dr. Habal at anytime

  • Review the doctor notes and patient’s instructions

Step 5: Complete Your Visit & Payment

After the consultation visit, Dr Habal will send you Zelle payment request
